He answered all questions we had and explained the aspects that were concerns, categorizing everything as fine, may need attention but not of worry and what to address right away. Having him go over everything was very reassuring for a first home. Purchase. We received a very detailed report that included photos taken of the areas of note in and outside the home, with diagrams and explanations of what is to be addressed.
